Fifteenth Physical Therapy 🏋️
I’m still sore in my legs from my last weightlifting session but still this felt good. We tried the BFR (blood flow restriction) cuffs on my legs while doing a bunch of calf exercises, so we’ll see if that increasing soreness tomorrow.
I had no heel pain when I woke up or at all today!
