Meditation: Navigating Change
I had used Headspace for guided meditation in the past, but this week my health insurer sent me a notification that they now give me a free membership! What a great idea. That prompted me to download it again and restart a hopefully habitual practice.
I have practiced a meditation habit off and on for the past several years. I think my longest streak was something like 90 days. I’ve done the guided and unguided ways. I’ve read books.
But now, with the baby, I think a guided practice sounds right up my alley. I’m starting with a course on accepting change.
I loved my first session, sat this morning next to the sleeping baby as the wind blows outside.
