Domain experts, not domain owners.
An important thing that distinguishes a expert as distinct from an owner is that you encourage the expert to devote some of their time to helping others work in their discipline.
This is the secret to scaling an organization and product. Don’t gate-keep. Empower others and provide tooling/tests instead.
give people the permission they needed to be curious, and to cooperate. Reward curiosity and cooperation.
