Music Frozen Dancing 2026

Of course we went to Music Frozen Dancing again this year. And this time we got a spot near the front so we could get our faces visible in the annual photo. A fun bit from last year: I’m kinda featured in the homepage video loop (I’m the guy in the bright yellow hat fighting through the crowd to hug his friends).

Body Shop

This is a chord. This is another. This is a third. Now form a band.

Snuffed

I don’t know how the screamo singers can keep going for a hour.

Good Flying Birds

This one slid off me after they were done. Standard jangly rock.

Lip Critic

I had seen them open for Fat Dog at The Empty Bottle a year ago and they were even better this time around. Just good heavy synth hard rock with double-drummers.

Los Thuthanaka

The final act was interesting for a bit, but there’s only so long that I can enjoy drone-noise-dj-loops while standing in the snowfall. Also they ended early, which was weird.
